Please follow the directions below to place a reservation.

  1. You must have a User ID; typically your 4-digit phone extension. This number will be assigned to you at the time you set up your account. If you don't have one, you can establish one online at: https://www.eastcoastlimousine.com

    You may still place a reservation by calling us at (917) 606-1978 if you don’t have an ID yet.

  2. A Password will also have been assigned at time of account set-up, typically 1234. You may change the password at any time by selecting the User Profile tab in the Online Reservation screen once you are logged in.

  3. Account ID is your company's account number:  ___________________

  4. You should now be on the order entry page.

  5. Select the Time and Date. Note that we do not allow online reservations for pick-ups less than two hours in Manhattan.
    Call us at (917) 606-1978 for those rides.

  6. Your Name, Phone Number and e-mail will be pre-populated if you have an established profile; otherwise please fill it in. Replace your name with that of the traveler if you wish.

  7. You may need to enter a reference or cost center if a field is indicated for that.

  8. If picking up from other than your address or an airport, read the Proper Address Format guidelines. This assures correct pick-up detail for our dispatch and billing systems.

  9. Select the proper Borough/State/Airport location for pick-up. You can use Landmarks if you are searching for a specific restaurant or hotel.

  10. Use the Street Lookup feature to verify that you have spelled the street location properly, and that it is a valid location. New York streets can have very similar names. This is a way of double-checking. You may have to select one from several choices.

  11. For airport pick-ups, use the same Borough/State/Airport drop down menu. Select the airport for the pick-up. Then, click on Enter Airport Details. Enter flight, airline details, meeting locations, AND, most importantly, a cell phone number to call if we don't see the traveler right away.

    REMEMBER: Advise travelers to call us immediately whenever they don't see our chauffeur. Gate changes are not always posted immediately.

  12. Follow the same process for Destination information.

  13. If you have placed reservations before, you may simply click on the address listed in the Frequent Pick Up Points and Frequent Destinations columns.

  14. Click on Submit Order. You will then have an opportunity to edit your order.

  15. After you Place the Order, you will see a summary Ride Confirmation.

  16. Clicking on Ride Inquiry will allow you at any time to cancel or modify the reservation, or check its status. Ride History calls up past rides. Click on a Conf# to get details.
